Whiskyinfinite Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Whiskyinfinite, we take great care to ensure that your whisky reaches you safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery, and related terms.


1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently deliver to the UK, EU, USA, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Deliveries can only be made to addresses where the recipient is of legal drinking age in their country of residence. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted regions where alcohol importation is prohibited by law.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., seasonal sales), processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Domestic: 2–3 business days
  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, excise taxes, or import fees required by their country’s regulations.
  • Whiskyinfinite is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.

6. Delivery Requirements

  • All orders require a signature from an adult of legal drinking age upon delivery.
  • If no eligible recipient is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a collection point.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@whiskyinfinite.com with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us with your tracking details so we can investigate with the courier.
  • If you happen to have confirmed loss or damage, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
  • Tracking links will allow you to monitor your delivery in real time.
