At Whiskyinfinite, we take great care to ensure that your whisky reaches you safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery, and related terms.
1. Shipping Destinations
- We currently deliver to the UK, EU, USA, and Asia-Pacific.
- Deliveries can only be made to addresses where the recipient is of legal drinking age in their country of residence. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted regions where alcohol importation is prohibited by law.
2. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During high-demand periods (e.g., seasonal sales), processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:
- Domestic: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

6. Delivery Requirements
- All orders require a signature from an adult of legal drinking age upon delivery.
- If no eligible recipient is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a collection point.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@whiskyinfinite.com with photos of the packaging and product.
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us with your tracking details so we can investigate with the courier.
- If you happen to have confirmed loss or damage, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
